Big Sunday’s Big Resource Guide

After the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery, followed by the many protests and discussions that arose, Big Sunday took the opportunity to provide resources for those who wanted to learn more, get more involved, and help where they could, all in the name of creating a more just and equitable society.

We were very happy to help. Unsurprisingly, the deeper we dove into these topics, the more we realized how much there is to learn!

We are now pleased to introduce our new resource guide. It includes minority-owned businesses to support; guides to books, movies, tv shows, articles and podcasts; nonprofits where people can learn more or help out; and ways to share information on these subjects with kids, too. These are people pulled from all kinds of sources and will be available to anyone who is interested. Please note: The listing of things does not imply Big Sunday’s endorsement or agreement with all the views expressed. We are putting it all out there and letting folks decide for themselves!

As we said at the time, this is a marathon and not a sprint. As such, this list is just the beginning. It will evolve and grow as we learn more and are introduced to more sources. Of course, feel free to be in touch with any ideas or suggestions you may have.
