As you know, at Big Sunday, we put everyone to work! And, for sure, that always includes kids, teens and young adults.
We’ve found that most people are happy and anxious to help. Sometimes, though, they need a little help figuring out where to get started. As part of our Youth In Action’s Road Map to Change, we’ve included some Rules of the Road for youth and people volunteering with you.
Of course, there are different things to look for, depending on how old you are, or how old the children you’re volunteering with are, too. So, we’ve broken it into four groups: Kids, Teens and Young Adults,Families, and Schools and Groups. Each of these sections can be read and enjoyed by people of any age.
Two quick things: First, remember that these suggestions are just the beginning! If you have other things you’d like us to add, please let us know. Send an e-mail to [email protected]. Second, thanks so much for wanting to help! It’s people like you who make the world a better place.
