This is a great one you do not want to miss! We’ve had a tremendous outpouring of support but there are still a few spaces available. We are cleaning, painting and updating two rooms in Buildings #217 at the Veterans Professional Development Center at the Westwood Veterans Administration location. Room 113 is being converted into a transitional room for residents. Room 19 is the Professional Development Center. This is one of the most popular rooms on the premises since it houses all the computers in the group home. Despite the computer equipment and technology available being up to 20 years old, the Vets are in here daily working on their resumes, college applications, benefits applications and fielding new job opportunities.
